Now its official. Google launches YouTube kids app for Android and iOS.
On YouTube’s blog they announced that “Today, we’re introducing the YouTube Kids app, the first Google product built from the ground up with little ones in mind. The app makes it safer and easier for children to find videos on topics they want to explore, and is available for free on and the in the U.S.”

On official Blog Google says “We’ve designed the app to be easier for kids to use, with a brighter and bigger interface that’s perfect for small thumbs and pudgy fingers. For parents, we’ve built in options that let you decide how your family uses the app, including the ability to set viewing limits with a timer.”
The apps is designed only for kids packed full of age-appropriate videos, channels, and playlists. The app has been designed to be a family-friendly place to explore focused on kids’ safety.
