Google Tasks or Google ToDo list is one of the popular task management services that helps to get our works done. Now project management systems are changed and people using ToDo services to work done as a team, so we need advanced features. So Google Tasks couldn’t be enough for at least for some people.
That’s why today we are listing 5 ToDo list apps better than Google ToDo List. Here we go.
1. Wunderlist
Wunderlist is the to-do list app I’m using to done my work. Wunderlist is the best for most people because its free to use, available on every major platform like Web, Desktop, Windows, Android, iOS, Amazon Apps Store, etc.
You won’t need to subscribe to the Wunderlist premium version because Wunderlist gives almost everything for free.
2. Any.do
Any.do is another popular task management app better than Google todo list app. Any.do lets you assign and delegate your tasks attach almost any type of file to your to-do’s 1.5 MB per file size in a free version.
3. Asana
Asana is one of my favorite project management software designed to help teams track their work. Asana enables teams to move work from start to finish. It’s simple to get started, but powerful enough to run your entire business.
One of the best feature, why I recommend Asana over any other services, is Teams up to 15 can use Asana for free.
4. Todoist
Todoist comes next into our list. Todoist doesn’t gives more features for free. You need to subscribe to the paid version even if you want to get reminders. Todoist is available on Web, Android, iOS, OS X, Windows, etc.
5. Clear
Clear comes last into this list. Clear is currently available for iOS users for $4.99. It’s as easy to use as pen and paper. Clear is a perfect tool, the simple gesture-based design that allows you to focus on your to-dos.
