One of the best things to use Wunderlist is it is available on all platforms I mean all platforms. You can use Wunderlist on your Windows 10, 7, 8 PC or on Mac. Wunderlist apps are available to download for your Android Phone, iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone, Amazon App Store, and for Chromebook.

2. Any.do

Any.do
Any.do comes next into my list. Any.do is a popular todo list app that works similar to Wunderlist. Any.do lets you to achieve things by syncing your tasks, works projects and shared lists.

Any.do free version doesn’t give many features as Wunderlist gives you. Any.do free version only allows you to create 1 shared task as creator, 5 moments per month, and it only allows you to upload file in maximum 1.5MB in size.

Currently Any.do is available on iPhone, Android, as Chrome app, Chrome extension, and the Web. One of the con’s I find out on using Any.do is so far they haven’t created a web app for your Desktop.

Todoist premium version gives almost every features you can expect from a Shared Todo list apps like Tasks, Subtasks, Sub projects, share, collaboration, Intuitive dates adding feature, etc.

With Todoist Karma feature, you can track your productivity and visualize your achievement trends over time. If you are looking for powerful, advanced task management service, Todoist is just for you.

I’m a huge fan of Evernote, one of the worlds, best productivity service ever made. I have already mentioned Evernote as one of my favorite productivity apps on my blog posts. I’m using Evernote 10 to 20 times a day. To be honest, I can’t live without Evernote as it is my daily life planner.

Evernote is not just a place to store notes, but you can add photos, videos, files, web pages, todo lists, etc. Technically Evernote is free but the premium version Evernote Plus gives you some more handy features. Plus gives you more monthly upload limits so you won’t need to worry about space.

TickTick comes next into our list. TickTick is not a popular service like Wunderlist or Todoits, but it has great features that can help you to make more productive.

With TickTick, you can organize your work projects, grocery lists, house holds list, etc. You can view your tasks and their due dates in TickTick calendar. You can also drag and drop tasks to change their due dates easily.

TickTick free accounts supports you to create up to 19 lists, 99 task count per limit, 19 subtask per task, etc. You can upgrade to Pro for only $1.99 per month.
