Sync.com 1000 an error occurred: How to fix it?
If you are using Sync.com and it shows 1000 an error occurred, it may prevent you from accessing your backup files.
I saw a thread on Reddit. He says “I get error 1000 and I can’t find anything online about that particular error”. Recently I have faced the same issue. What I do to fix this issue?
This can usually be resolved by pausing and resuming Sync, or restarting the desktop app. It is really easy to do.
Click the Sync icon in your system tray or menu bar. Click Pause and then Resume.
If the issue persists, you can try to clear the cache. To do this, just Click the Sync icon in your system tray or menu bar, then Click Preferences and Under Network tab, click “Clear Now” under the Disk Cache.
Don’t forget to check your Internet connection as well. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and enough speed to manage these.
